Basic principles of instructional design associated with the development of instructional technology materials
- In ED Psych 8639, we will create a podcast, researching the components of the ADDIE (Analyze, Develop, Design, Implement, Evaluate) method of instructional design as well as exploring various models of Instructional Design.
- As part of ED Pysch 8369, I am developing an Instructional Needs Assessment to determine the need for literacy reinforcement in science, history, and math because we have a number of ELLs. As part of the needs assessment, I am developing a Google Form survey tool.
- I attended a webinar for English Language Learners (ELL) and learned of several Android and Apple Apps that can help ELL students with learning (ELL II).

- In ED 5212, we were asked to work in groups to collaborate and complete various case studies on Educational Technology issues. As part of the grading rubric, my classmates and I were asked to provide evidence of using a collaboration tool to complete the case study. My group and I used gmail, Google Docs, powerpoints, and blackboard.
- In order to make more informed lesson plans and better track student participation, the 7th grade team at Deburgos Middle School is using Class Dojo.
- For the MESA prosthetic arm competition, the Saturday Robotics Academy created a Google Plus online community & Google Docs to share ideas, document work in real time, & gain better overall comprehension of the engineering design process.

- Helped other teachers learn QuickGrade & Engrade online grading systems
- Utilizing DonorsChoice to help principal initiate afterschool STEM club
- Share teacher resources via Google Docs with colleagues
